The beneficiaries of this aid will be the trade union organisations with representation in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that do not hold the legal status of the most representative, provided that they meet the requirements of article 12 of the Law of Cantabria 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria. This condition will be accredited by means of a certificate issued by the Public Office in charge of registering election records of the General Directorate of Labour, counting for this purpose the representatives whose mandates were in force on 31 December of the year determined in each call.
The beneficiary organisations must comply with the regulations on the prevention of occupational risks, as well as those applicable to them on environmental matters or equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
Organisations must accredit, prior to issuing the proposed resolution, that they are up to date with their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, with the Social Security and with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
