Requirements

Applicant companies must meet the requirements of article 12 of the Cantabrian Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Cantabrian Subsidies and, in addition, the following:

a) Be legally constituted and have the Statutes adapted to the regulations in force on the date of publication of the extract of the call order.

b) Be registered in the corresponding public registry of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

c) Have a registered office in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

d) Comply with the regulations relating to the prevention of occupational risks, as well as those applicable to them in environmental matters or equal opportunities and non-discrimination.

e) Prove, prior to the issuance of the proposal for a provisional resolution, that they are up to date with the fulfilment of their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, with regard to Social Security and their obligations with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

Seller's statement confirming that they have not been purchased with national or Community subsidies during the last seven years and an independent expert's certificate that the price is not higher than the market value or cost of similar new equipment, that it meets the required technical characteristics and that it complies with the applicable standards.
