Requirements
- Requirements
To be entitled to this aid, it will be necessary that the following requirements are met, at the time of application and throughout the period for which the aid is granted:
a) Be of legal age and up to 35 years of age, including the age of 35.
b) Possess Spanish nationality, or nationality of one of the Member States of the European Union or of the European Economic Area, Switzerland, or the relationship determined by the applicable regulations. In the case of non-EU foreigners, they must have a valid residence permit in Spain.
c) Have their tax domicile in Cantabria.
d) Have the habitual and permanent residence in the home for which the aid is requested.
e) Be the owner or be in a position to sign, as a lessee, a lease contract formalised under the terms of Law 29/1994 (LAU), or a contract for the transfer of use. In the case of housing, it is not required that the formalisation be in the terms of Law 29/1994, of 24 November.
f) The rental rent or transfer price of the property subject to the contract must be equal to or less than €700 per month. When 2 young people who are beneficiaries of the aid live together, the income must be equal to or less than €800 per month, and if 3 or more young people who are beneficiaries of the aid live together, it must be equal to or less than €900 per month. In the case of renting a room, this rent or price must be equal to or less than €300 per month.
g) That the income of all members of the household is equal to or less than 3 times the IPREM. In the case of renting a room, only the income of the tenant will be taken into account.
h) Have a regular source of income. It will be accredited with a working life of at least three months, in the 6 months immediately prior to the application, or an expected duration of the source of income of at least six months from the application.
i) Not be the owner or usufructuary of any property in Spain.
j) Not to be related in the first or second degree of consanguinity or affinity with the lessor
k) Not be a partner or participant in the natural or legal person acting as lessor or transferor.
l) Comply with the obligations set out in Article 14 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies and Article 13 of Law 10/2006, on Subsidies of Cantabria.
