Arbitration must be requested in relation to disputes of a commercial, non-labour or criminal nature (Art. 6.1 ROTT). Presumption of submission to the Arbitration Board when the amount is less than 15,000 euros and neither of the parties has expressly expressed to the other its will to the contrary before the time when the performance of the contracted service or activity began or should have begun (art. 38 LOTT).
