Requirements

They may be beneficiaries of the subsidies contemplated in this order, provided that they do not incur in any of the causes provided for in Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, or in Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July:
a) In training aimed at obtaining professional certificates, in face-to-face mode, training entities that meet any of the following requirements:

That they are registered in the competent Registry in accordance with Order TMS/369/2019, of March 28, which regulates the State Registry of Training Entities of the vocational training system for employment in the workplace, provided that they have infrastructures that make it possible to teach in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria duly accredited for the training specialty object of the training to date of publication of the extract of the call in the "Official Gazette of Cantabria".
That the application for accreditation, with respect to the infrastructure that makes it possible to provide training in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, of any of the training specialities linked to professional certificates, contained in the Catalogue of Training Specialities, is pending resolution on the date of publication of the extract of the call in the "Official Gazette of Cantabria", participation in it being subject to obtaining the positive resolution of the accreditation of the requested specialties, prior to the proposal for resolution.
That they submit the application for accreditation, with respect to the infrastructure that makes it possible to provide training in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, simultaneously with the subsidy application, in the event that at the time of submitting the subsidy application they have not requested accreditation in the speciality requested, participation in it being subject to obtaining a positive resolution of the accreditation of the requested specialties, prior to the proposal for resolution.
b) In training not aimed at obtaining professional certificates, in face-to-face mode, training entities that meet any of the following requirements:
That they are registered in the competent Registry in accordance with Order TMS/369/2019, of 28 March, provided that they have the infrastructure that makes it possible to provide the training in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria duly registered for the training speciality that is the object of the training, on the date of publication of the extract of the call in the "Official Gazette of Cantabria".
That they have submitted the corresponding declaration of responsibility, with respect to the infrastructure that makes it possible to provide training in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, to provide training specialities not aimed at obtaining professional certificates that are the object of the training, on a date prior to the publication of the extract of the call in the "Official Gazette of Cantabria", even if the training entity had not been registered ex officio in the register at that time. All this, without prejudice to the subsequent supervision of compliance with the established requirements.
That they submit the declaration of responsibility simultaneously with the subsidy application, with respect to the infrastructure that makes it possible to provide training in the territory of the Cantabrian Autonomous Community, in the event that at the time of submitting the subsidy application they have not submitted the responsible declaration on the speciality requested.
