To extinguish and revoke the authorisation to operate recreational and gambling machines in the cases described in article 44 of the Recreational and Gambling Machinery Regulations.

Requirements

Decree 23/2008 of 9 July.
Article 44 Termination and revocation of the operating authorisation.
The installation authorisation will be extinguished in the following cases.
1. Due to expiration of deadlines
2. By transfer to another Autonomous Community
3. By cancellation, at the request of the operating company

The operating authorisation will be revoked in the following cases:
1. By final sanction in administrative proceedings in matters of gambling.
2. Due to cancellation of the registration of the model in the Gambling Registry.
3. For verification of falsehoods, irregularities or essential inaccuracies in the data contained in the applications for authorisation.
4. For non-payment of the tax fee in the voluntary period, unless the debt has been deferred in a timely manner.
5. For failure to replace bonds within the established period when their amount has been reduced.

Once the operating authorisation has been revoked, the operating company that owns the machine must remove it from the operation within 48 hours, and may not apply for a new operating authorisation for it. If the above is not complied with, the competent department in gambling matters will order the sealing of the machine and will proceed ex officio to process its definitive cancellation. In the event of revocation due to cancellation of the registration of the model, the period for removing the machine from the operation will be three months.

  • In the electronic register of the Administration or Body to which they are addressed, as well as in the other electronic registers of any of the subjects referred to in Article 2.1.
  • At Post Offices, in the manner established by regulations.
  • At the diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad.
  • At registration assistance offices.
  • In any other established by the provisions in force.
