The subsidy may be obtained by sports federations of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, sports clubs of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria registered in the Register of Sports Entities of Cantabria and Local Entities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that participate in the organization of national or international sports competitions or events.
