Subsidy for the acquisition of VEHICLES FOR COMMON USE for MUNICIPALITIES at risk of DEPOPULATION.

The purpose of the subsidy is the acquisition of vehicles for common use by municipalities at risk of depopulation intended for the ordinary and extraordinary functions of municipal services, which facilitate access to basic services for the population of these municipalities. Since these municipalities suffer from the problem, among others, of lack of transport connections, this being one of the essential benefits in public services.

Requirements

The MUNICIPALITIES of the Autonomous Community of CANTABRIA in risk of depopulation related in Annex 1 of Order PRE/1/2025, of 2 January, which approves the Delimitation of Municipalities Affected by Risk of Depopulation in Cantabria, will have the status of BENEFICIARIES of this subsidy.

The type of vehicles subject to the subsidy must be one of the following:
-Cars.
- Off-road vehicles.
-Vans.
- Mixed vans.
The vehicles to be acquired may be newly registered vehicles, kilometre O vehicles or second-hand vehicles, the latter as long as they have been registered after 1 January 2019.
In order to acquire kilometre 0 vehicles or second-hand vehicles, the property must be owned by a dealership and registered in your name.
