Requirements

The subsidy will be aimed at:
a) Women's associations and federations of women's associations.
b) Associations whose social purpose is aimed at the prevention, study and intervention of diseases that mainly affect women.
c) Socio-cultural associations and federations with a women's section or whose board of directors is made up entirely of women.
d) Trade unions and business organisations with a women's section, secretariat, area or programme.Entities that have been convicted in the workplace or sanctioned for an administrative infraction related to discrimination against women or gender violence in the workplace are excluded.
Trade union or employers' federations integrated into a confederation are excluded.They must meet the following requirements:
a) Have tax domicile in Cantabria, except for trade unions and business organisations, which must have a delegation in Cantabria.
b) Be legally constituted according to the legal nature of the entity and its applicable regulations.
c) Non-profit entities.
d) Not to incur in any of the circumstances established in Article 12 of the Law of Cantabria 10/2006, of 17 July.In addition, the other requirements must be met, which are detailed according to the type of entity or association and which are set out in article 2.3 of the regulatory bases (Order UIC/7/2023, of 10 April).

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

Annex I AFI 2025 subsidy application. Grant application. The application must be duly completed and signed with an electronic certificate by the legal representative of the entity. The electronic certificate with which all the documentation submitted is signed must correspond to the legal representative of the applicant entity. The application will include a responsible declaration that the entity is up to date with its tax obligations with the state and regional Treasury and with Social Security. For the verification of the tax data of said responsible declaration, the administration must expressly consent to the obtaining of these or, failing that, the provision of the corresponding supporting documents, the failure to provide these being grounds for requiring it in accordance with the provisions of Articles 68.1 and 73.2 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October.

Annex IV. Justification report for the project carried out Justification report of the project carried out, expressly stating the following data: - Dates of development of the project activities. - Number of beneficiaries. -Contents. - The list of all the invoices corresponding to the expenses incurred, according to the corresponding annex to the call order and also available on the www.mujerdecantabria.com website, indicating the concept of the expense, date of issue, invoice number, name or NIF of the sender-supplier, the amount of the same and date of payment, in order to verify that the destination given to the amounts received is in accordance with the project presented and the requirements set out in the act of granting the subsidy, electronically signed by the person who holds the legal representation of the entity. Since the grant is awarded on the basis of an estimated budget, any deviations that have occurred shall be indicated. In this way, compensation between different expenditure concepts will be allowed, to correct imbalances between the budget accepted as part of the subsidy application and the budget finally justified after the completion of the execution, provided that this change does not modify the subsidized activity and, in addition, is adequately justified in the justification report.
