Requirements

1. Small companies in the trade sector and/or complementary services to commerce that have a workforce of less than 50 people whose annual turnover or balance sheet is less than 10 million euros, and that are not owned by more than 25% of their capital by another company or companies so that the consolidated group exceeds the above limits, may benefit from the aid established in this order.
 
a) They must have and carry out their commercial activity and/or complementary services to commerce, in a permanent physical establishment open to the public.
 
b) The establishment that is the object of the aid must be located in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
 
c) The main activity of the establishment subject to the investment must correspond to one of the activities included in the headings of the Economic Activities Tax (IAE), as follows:
 
Group 64: All headings (Retail trade in foodstuffs, beverages and tobacco carried out in permanent establishments).
Group 65: All headings (Retail trade of non-food industrial products carried out in permanent establishments).
Group 661: Heading 661.3 (Trade in popular stores).
Group 662: All headings (Mixed or integrated retail trade).
Group 663: All headings (Retail trade outside a permanent commercial establishment).
Group 691: Headings 691.1 (Repair of electrical articles for the home) and 691.9 (Repair of other consumer goods).
Group 755: Heading 755.2 (Services provided to the public by travel agencies).
Group 856: All headings (Rental of consumer goods).
Group 971: All headings (Laundries, dry cleaners and similar services).
Group 972: All headings (Hairdressing salons and beauty institutes).
Group 973: Sections 973.1 (Photographic services) and 973.3 (Document copying services with photocopying machines).
Group 975: All headings (Framing services).

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
