Subsidies to promote the maintenance of self-employment.

Specific subsidy programme aimed at promoting the maintenance of self-employment, encouraging the consolidation of self-employment projects and newly created micro-enterprises in Cantabria, facilitating their development, as long as this has been initiated in the period of time between five and three years prior to the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Cantabria.

Requirements

Self-employed or self-employed persons who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of these aids:

a) Those established in Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Cantabrian Subsidies.

b) Be registered in the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers or Self-Employed Workers of the Social Security, or in a mutual society of the professional association of Cantabria.

c) To have contributed uninterruptedly to the aforementioned special scheme or mutual society for at least three years prior to the publication of the extract of the call in the "Official Gazette of Cantabria" and up to a maximum of five years, for carrying out during that period the activity that appears in the employment history report, expressed in four digits, of the National Classification of Economic Activities 2009 (CNAE-2009).

d) Carry out their economic activity personally, professionally and directly in companies incorporated within the time frame indicated in section c), located and which mainly carry out their activity in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, whether individually, communities of property, civil companies or commercial companies, with the exception of worker-owned companies and cooperatives.

e) The company's workforce must not have more than nine employees on the day of publication of the extract of the call in the "Official Gazette of Cantabria.

f) Prove prior to the issuance of the proposed resolution that they are up to date with the fulfilment of their tax obligations, with regard to Social Security and their obligations with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

1.- Subsidy applications, accompanied by the required documentation, may be submitted electronically through the General Electronic Registry of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria under the terms established by Decree 60/2018, of 12 July, at the electronic address https://sede.cantabria.es/, in a standardised form, according to the Annex that will be provided at the time of the call and which will be available at:

  • The website of the Directorate-General for Labour, Social Economy and Self-Employment (www.dgte.cantaria.es).
  • The offices of the General Directorate of Labour, Social Economy and Self-Employed Employment (Calle Hernán Cortés 9, 3ª, Santander).

2.- They may also be made in writing, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, at the aforementioned Directorate General for Labour, Social Economy and Self-Employment, either directly, or in the other forms referred to in Article 134 of Cantabria Law 5/2018, of 22 November, on the Legal Regime of the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
If the application is sent through the postal service operator, it shall be submitted individually in an open envelope, so that the header of the first page of the document to be sent clearly states the name of the office and the date, place, hour and minute of its admission, in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of Royal Decree 437/2024, of 30 April, approving the Postal Services Regulations, in development of the provisions of Law 43/2010, of 30 December, on the universal postal service, user rights and the postal market.

Certificate issued by the IMSERSO or the competent body of the Autonomous Administration, accrediting a degree of disability equal to or greater than 33% or any administrative documentation that accredits such condition.

Accreditation of the applicant's status as a victim of gender-based violence

Conviction, judicial decision that has agreed to precautionary measures for the protection of the victim, protection order granted in favor of the victim, report from the Public Prosecutor's Office indicating the existence of indications that she is a victim of gender violence until the protection order or certificate of receipt of Active Insertion Income is issued and that her participation in said program is due to her status as a victim of violence of gender.
