Subsidies to promote social and labour insertion in insertion companies.

Subsidies aimed at promoting and facilitating the social and labour integration of people in a situation or at risk of social exclusion in insertion companies whose activity is carried out in workplaces located in the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, as a prior step to definitive insertion into the ordinary company.

Beneficiaries:

  • They must meet the requirements of Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Cantabrian Subsidies.
  • Be registered as such in the Register of Insertion Companies of Cantabria, under the terms established in Decree 14/2013, of 11 April, having obtained the final qualification. However, companies that have submitted to the Directorate General of Labour the documentation accrediting compliance with the requirements established for their final qualification prior to the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of Cantabria may participate in the call, their application being conditional on the certification of their final qualification within the deadline for submission of applications.
  • Be registered as a person or employer in the corresponding Social Security regime.
  • Have organized the preventive activity in any of the modalities established by the regulations in force prior to the submission of the application.
  • Comply with the regulations relating to the prevention of occupational risks and with those applicable to them in environmental matters or equal opportunities and non-discrimination.
  • Prove prior to the issuance of the proposed resolution that they are up to date with their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, before the Social Security and before the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and that they are not debtors by resolution of reimbursement.

People hired in a situation or at risk of social exclusion:

  • They must be included in one of the corresponding groups of people in a situation or at risk of social exclusion with special difficulties in their integration into the labour market.
  • Have formalised the labour insertion process at the time of application.
  • Be unemployed and registered as job seekers in the employment office of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that corresponds to them, with at least one day of seniority with respect to the date of registration with the Social Security. For the purposes of determining the time spent unemployed, the date of registration with the Social Security that appears in your employment history report will be taken as a reference.

People hired as technical social and labour support staff:

  • They must have a university degree, preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Pedagogy and Social Education, or a Higher Technician degree in Social Integration. A specific qualification will not be required when the technical staff hired is in possession of a higher qualification and accredits at least one year's experience in activities in the field of labour integration of people in a situation or at risk of social exclusion.

People hired as support personnel for productive activity:

  • They must have experience or training in the professional field in which the productive activity of the insertion company is carried out.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING INFORMATION SUBSIDIES.

List of subsidies or aid and/or information from their financial accounts on the movements of the income accounts relating to public subsidies for the financial year in which the call for applications is published. In this list, all invoices that have been subsidized by other public bodies must be disaggregated, stating: the invoice number, concept of expense, issuing entity, amount, percentage of imputation to the subsidy, date of issue and date of payment.

In the case of acquisition of real estate, certificate from the independent appraiser duly accredited and registered in the corresponding official register, which certifies that the expense that is justified corresponds to the acquisition of the property.
