This line of subsidies on a competitive basis is aimed at private or legal persons, professionals, who have their tax domicile and carry out their activity in Cantabria and who meet the requirements established for each modality in the call, establishing the following lines of subsidy:
A. Aid to professionals for the production and tours of circus and magic shows.
B. Aid to professionals for production and tours in the field of theatre.

Requirements

Individuals (individual entrepreneurs) and private legal entities with a corporate form that have their tax domicile in Cantabria may be beneficiaries of subsidies in both modalities, aimed at Professionals and Companies; that they are registered with the Economic Activities Tax (I.A.E.) in the sector of activity related to those that are the object of the subsidy; that carry out the subsidized activity in Cantabria, without prejudice to the realization of part of the tour outside the territory of the Autonomous Community; and that they meet the rest of the requirements established in the regulatory bases and in this call for the corresponding modality.
The beneficiaries must maintain the requirements that allowed them to access such consideration until such time as they justify the application of the funds received to the purpose for which they were granted.
Those who are in any of the circumstances established in Article 12, paragraphs 2 and 3, of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, may not obtain the status of beneficiary.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

Against the resolution of the procedure, which puts an end to the administrative procedure, an optional appeal for reconsideration or directly a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed before the courts of that jurisdictional order.
