This line of subsidies is aimed at professionals who carry out cultural activities in rural areas within the established period, who have their tax domicile in Cantabria and who meet the requirements established in the call.

Requirements

Beneficiaries of these subsidies, aimed at Professionals and Companies, may be natural persons (individual entrepreneurs) and private legal entities in the form of a company (commercial or civil companies) that carry out cultural activities in rural areas between 1 January 2025 and 31 December 2026, and that meet the following requirements:
a) Have their tax domicile in Cantabria.
b) Be registered, at the time of submission of the application, under any of the headings of the Tax on Economic Activities (I.A.E.) related to the cultural industry.
c) To develop the cultural activities programmed in the rural area of Cantabria, as defined in Article 1.3.
d) Comply with the rest of the requirements established in this Order.
Groups of legally constituted natural or legal persons who, by reason of the aims, object or scope of the activity, can carry out cultural activities and projects eligible under this call, and whose members meet the requirements set out in section 1 to obtain the status of beneficiary, may also participate in the call.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.
- Place(s) for in-person submission
Interested parties will submit their subsidy applications in the place that corresponds to them according to their legal nature, in accordance with the rules contained in Article 14 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October:
a) Individual entrepreneurs (self-employed professionals) may submit their application in any of the places provided for in Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, and in Article 134.8 of Cantabria Law 5/2018, of 22 November.
b) The rest of the applicant companies (commercial companies, civil companies or groups of article 2.2) must submit their application by electronic means, either in the Common Electronic Registry of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, available in its Electronic Office (https://sede.cantabria.es); or in the electronic register of any of the subjects referred to in Article 2.1 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October.
