Organisations of fish producers recognised in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and registered in the Register of Organisations of Fish Producers and Associations of Organisations of Fish Producers established in Article 8 of Royal Decree 277/2016, of 24 June, which regulates professional organisations in the sector of fishery and aquaculture products and carry out production and marketing plans (PPYC).

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Place(s) for in-person submission

Applications may be submitted to the Registry of the Department of Rural Development, Livestock, Fisheries, Food and Environment (C/ Albert Einstein, 2, PCTCAN, C.P. 39011 Santander), in any other registry or place provided for in article 134 of Law 5/2018, of November 22, on the Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, the documentation provided for in this Resolution must be attached to it. Likewise, applications may be submitted through telematic registers in accordance with current regulations.
