These subsidies are intended to promote inclusive leisure activities carried out by non-profit entities that are based and carry out their activity in the autonomous community of Cantabria.
Inclusive leisure projects aimed at young people between the ages of 12 and 30, inclusive, are considered eligible for subsidies and may be eligible for subsidies, provided that they meet the following requirements:
a) Activities of a recreational and recreational nature, defined in a project that includes justification, objectives, programme of activities, recipients, timing, human resources, material resources and evaluation, which are carried out in fixed facilities or in the open air, with or without an overnight stay, are considered eligible.
b) The activities, in order to be eligible, must have the following minimum duration:
- In the case of activities with an overnight stay in non-teaching periods, three consecutive days.
- In the case of activities without an overnight stay in non-teaching periods, five consecutive days.
- In the case of activities with an overnight stay during school periods, two consecutive days.
- In the case of activities without an overnight stay during school periods, the activity must have a minimum duration of eight days, which may be alternate in time.
c) To be eligible, activities without an overnight stay will have a minimum duration of four hours per day in a row.
d) To be eligible, the activities must be inclusive leisure, understood as those in which young people with and without recognised dependency participate under equal conditions. The minimum number of occupied places or participation of young people without recognised dependency must be twenty-five per cent of the total occupancy or participation.
e) To be eligible, participants with dependency in the activities must have a recognised degree of dependency I, II or III by virtue of the applicable social services regulations.

The subsidies regulated in these rules may be applied to entities that meet, at the end of the application submission period, the following requirements:
a) Be non-profit.
b) Have legal personality.
c) Be registered in the legally appropriate register.
d) Have their headquarters and carry out their activity in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
e) Include in its statutes, as an object or purpose of its activity, intervention in the field of disability or care for dependents.

The filing of the appeal for reconsideration prevents the possibility of filing a contentious administrative appeal until there has been a decision rejecting it expressly or by administrative silence.
