In the case of associations, they must be legally constituted, and be made up exclusively of municipalities belonging to the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

Request. The application must be accompanied by the following documentation: a) Explanatory report of the project. b) Certificate of the person from the local entity who holds the functions of secretary and/or comprehensive intervention of the resolution adopted by the competent local body by which it is decided to apply for the subsidy regulated in this call. c) Certificate from the person of the local entity who holds the functions of secretary and/or intervention that certifies that in its organic structure there is a councillor, commission and/or area with equality and/or women's functions. d) Certificate from the person of the local entity who holds the functions of secretary and/or intervention that certifies that it has a local council for women and/or equality. e) Certificate from the person of the local entity that holds the functions of secretariat and/or intervention that certifies that it has an operational office for women's care. f) Bank certificate electronically signed by the financial institution that reflects the bank account number in which the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria will make, where appropriate, the payment of the subsidy and ownership of the same. 9. The presentation of those documents that are already in the possession of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria will not be mandatory, provided that they have not been modified, and that the date, the body or agency in which they were presented is recorded, and provided that no more than five years have elapsed since the end of the procedure to which they correspond. 10. In accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of Law 39/2015 of 1 October 2015, without prejudice to the provisions of Article 95 of Law 58/2003 of 17 December 2003 on General Tax Law for tax data, the investigating body of the procedure shall obtain from the competent bodies information regarding: a) Data accrediting the identity of the applicant. b) Fiscal domicile. c) Compliance with their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency. d) Compliance with their obligations to the Social Security. e) Compliance with their obligations to the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria. The documentation described in points b), c), d) and e) may be replaced by the presentation of a declaration of responsibility signed by the Comptroller or Secretary-Comptroller of the Local Entity to be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations, as well as the rest of the obligations with the Autonomous Community of Cantabria. However, the applicant may oppose the consultation by the Administration, in which case they must submit the corresponding supporting documents, failure to provide these being grounds for a request, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 68.1 and 73.2 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October. 11. By virtue of its powers, the body managing the aid may request the complementary documentation it deems appropriate.

Project report. Explanatory report of the project, which will expressly state: i. Description of objectives and activities to be carried out. ii. Duration of the project. iii. Indicate whether the plan to be developed provides for any direct action or actions to be specifically aimed at one or more of the following groups: victims of gender-based violence and/or people with disabilities. iv. Indicate whether the plan to be developed foresees that any or all actions are specifically aimed at activities to disseminate SDG 5. v. The previous structures for the promotion of equality that the entity has. vi. Detail of the estimated budget for the implementation of the project with the breakdown by each type of expenditure, indicating the economic contribution of the applicant entity, as well as possible subsidies from other bodies.

Justification report of the project carried out. Report of the project carried out, electronically signed by the person representing the local entity, where at least the following aspects will be specified in accordance with the model that is included as an annex to the call: i. Description of the objectives and activities carried out within the project. ii. List of the people who have completed and electronically signed the plan and details of the specific training on equality for each of them. iii. Duration of the project. iv. Indication, where appropriate, of the actions that are specifically aimed at one or more of the following groups: victims of gender violence, people with disabilities. v. Indication, if applicable, of the actions that are specifically aimed at activities to disseminate SDG 5. vi. Listing of the plan's action(s) that are specifically aimed at other groups. vii. List of the dissemination activities of the plan carried out, including documentary evidence of the same (such as, for example: photo of brochures, news, website image, etc.). viii. Participatory process: description of the process carried out with women's organisations and associations in the territory, detailing the actions carried out and identifying the organisations and associations that have participated in it. ix. Collaborations: indicate in detail the bodies or entities that provided their collaboration (other public administrations, associations, NGOs, private companies, professionals, etc.). x. Definitive financing: detailed list of other income or subsidies that have financed the subsidised activity with an indication of the amount and source.
