The purpose of these subsidies is to establish the regulatory bases for subsidies for projects for the dissemination and intergenerational transmission of the Intangible Cultural Assets of Cantabria carried out by local entities among the young population of the community. Eligible projects and may be subsidized are those linked to Assets of Cultural Interest of an intangible nature declared as such by the Government of Cantabria under Law 11/1998, of October 13, on Cultural Heritage of Cantabria. The projects must be aimed at young people between the ages of 14 and 30, inclusive, and are aimed at the dissemination of the Assets of Cultural Interest of an intangible nature in Cantabria through the implementation of activities aimed at their practice and intergenerational transmission among young people in order to promote their continuity.

The following will have the status of beneficiary entities of these subsidies:
a) Municipalities and Minor Local Entities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
b) Legally constituted associations, made up exclusively of municipalities belonging to the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
Those who incur in any of the circumstances established in article 12, paragraphs 2 and 3, of the Law of Cantabria 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies, may not obtain the status of beneficiary entities.

Certificate from the Secretary of the local entity indicating the number of inhabitants registered on the date of the application. In the case of the Commonwealths, a certificate from the Secretary of the Commonwealth must be submitted indicating the total number of inhabitants registered on the date of the application in its territorial area and the total number of municipalities that make it up.

Certificates of being up to date, if the consultation is not authorized. The information may be consulted by the Administration through the Data Intermediation Platform.
