Natural or legal persons who own bars (self-employed and small and medium-sized enterprises) registered in the Census of entrepreneurs, professionals and withholders of the State Tax Administration Agency.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Individuals may submit the application and corresponding documentation electronically in the General Electronic Registry of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, accessible through the Electronic Office (sede.cantabria.es) or in person in any of the places provided for in article 134.8 of the Law of Cantabria 5/2018, of 22 November. of the Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
Legal persons and other subjects mentioned in article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, must submit the application and corresponding documentation through the General Electronic Register of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria available at the Electronic Headquarters of the Government of Cantabria. at the e-mail address https://sede.cantabria.es/.

ANNEX I. SUBSIDY APPLICATION. The applications, addressed to the Minister of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality, duly completed and signed by the person who holds the legal representation of the entity, will be made in the official form that is included as Annex I and contains the declarations and authorizations necessary to process the procedure.
