Requirements

Legally constituted associations, made up exclusively of municipalities belonging to the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, may benefit from these aids.
Associations in which any of the circumstances established in article 12.2 of Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria occur, may not obtain the status of beneficiary.
Nor will entities that have not definitively approved and published in the Official Gazette of Cantabria, the budget for the year of the call or the one extended, as the case may be.

The deadline for submitting applications and corresponding documentation will be fifteen working days, counted from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Cantabria of the extract of the call referred to in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Subsidies.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Appeals

Against the aforementioned decision of concession or refusal, an appeal may be lodged for reconsideration, or it may be challenged directly before the contentious-administrative court, in accordance with the provisions of Law 29/1998, of 13 July, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
