This line of subsidies is aimed at art galleries and aims to promote and disseminate the plastic arts through their presence in fairs of recognized prestige, both national and international.

Requirements

Individual entrepreneurs or private legal entities with a corporate form with tax domicile in Cantabria who manage privately owned cultural spaces dedicated to the exhibition of plastic arts and whose activity is registered in the Tax on Economic Activities (I.A.E.) under heading 615, subheading Art Galleries, may be beneficiaries of this subsidy.
The art fairs for which a subsidy is requested, whether national or international, must be of recognized prestige, thus facilitating the presence of creators from Cantabria at these fairs.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
