Requirements

1. Private companies , whether they are natural persons (individual entrepreneurs) or legal entities with a corporate form, owners of art galleries open to the public, which have the relevant authorisations, may be beneficiaries of the subsidy; that they have their tax domicile in Cantabria; that are registered in the Economic Activities Tax (I. To. E.) under heading 615.6; and that they meet the rest of the requirements established in the regulatory bases and in this call.
2. The beneficiaries must maintain the requirements that allowed them to access such consideration until such time as they justify the application of the funds received to the purpose for which they were granted.
3. Those who are in any of the circumstances established in article 12, paragraphs 2 and 3, of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, may not obtain the status of beneficiary.The art fairs to which you attend and for which you apply for a subsidy must be of recognized prestige, both national and international, thus facilitating the presence of creators from Cantabria or domiciled in Cantabria at these fairs.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In the event of the resolution of the procedure, which puts an end to the administrative procedure, an optional appeal for reconsideration or a contentious-administrative appeal may be filed directly before the courts of that jurisdictional order.
