Requirements

1. Private companies , whether they are natural persons (individual entrepreneurs) or legal entities with a corporate form, owners of art galleries open to the public, which have the relevant authorisations, may be beneficiaries of the subsidy; that they have their tax domicile in Cantabria; that are registered in the Economic Activities Tax (I. To. E.) under heading 615.6; and that they meet the rest of the requirements established in the regulatory bases and in this call.
 
2. The beneficiaries must maintain the requirements that allowed them to access such consideration until such time as they justify the application of the funds received to the purpose for which they were granted.
 
3. Those who are in any of the circumstances established in article 12, paragraphs 2 and 3, of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, may not obtain the status of beneficiary.

The art fairs to which you attend and for which you apply for a subsidy must be of recognized prestige, both national and international, thus facilitating the presence of creators from Cantabria or domiciled in Cantabria at these fairs.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

Register of the competent departments in matters of Culture (C / Lealtad, 24, Santander) or through the Common Electronic Registry (REC), available at the Electronic Headquarters of the Government of Cantabria, or in any of the places indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, and article 134.8 of Cantabria Law 5/2018, of 22 November, on the Legal Regime of the Government, the Administration and the Institutional Public Sector of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

Contentious-administrative appeal: 2 months from the publication of the resolution of the procedure or, where appropriate, from the resolution of the appeal for reconsideration. If there is no express resolution of the appeal, at any time from the day following the day on which the alleged act takes effect.
