Requirements

The beneficiaries of these subsidies may be private natural or legal persons, who have their tax domicile and carry out the activity in Cantabria (without prejudice to the carrying out of tours outside the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria), and who meet the requirements established for each modality in the call.
Concretely:

A. Aid to amateurs for production and tours in the field of theatre. The following may apply for this modality, subject to the conditions established in this section:
a) Individuals who, on an individual basis, carry out a theatre activity as amateurs.
b) Amateur theatre groups, made up of two or more people.
c) Private non-profit legal entities that carry out a theatre activity on an amateur basis.

B. Aid to amateurs for musical tours. The following may apply for this modality, subject to the conditions established in this section:
a) Individuals who, on an individual basis, carry out a musical activity as amateurs.
b) Amateur musical groups, made up of two or more people.
c) Private non-profit legal entities that carry out a musical activity on an amateur basis.

C. Aid to amateurs for music and audiovisual publishing.
a) Individuals who, on an individual basis, carry out a musical or audiovisual activity as amateurs.
b) Amateur musical groups, made up of two or more people.
c) Private non-profit legal entities that carry out a musical or audiovisual activity on an amateur basis.

In any case, the requirements demanded of the beneficiary to obtain the subsidy must be maintained during the period for submitting applications and until the time of justification of the aid granted.

The deadline for the submission of applications will not be less than 10 working days, counted from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Cantabria, the extract of the corresponding call.
