This line of subsidies on a competitive basis for the realization of tours in musical matters is aimed at professionals, whether individuals or private legal entities with a corporate form, who have their tax domicile in Cantabria, who carry out their activity in Cantabria for the realization of tours in musical matters, and who are registered with the Tax on Economic Activities.
Individuals or legal entities dedicated to the organization of musical tours, promotion or musical contracting, being only intended for professional musicians, may not be beneficiaries of this subsidy.
The requirements required of the beneficiary to obtain the subsidy must be maintained from the deadline for submission of applications and until the time of justification of the aid granted. Those who incur in any of the circumstances established in Article 12 of the Law of Cantabria 10/2006, of 17 July, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiary.
In order to carry out musical tours, it is necessary that the tour schedules a minimum of four performances in Cantabria and a minimum of one performance in an Autonomous Community other than Cantabria or in other countries. The authorisations of the authors or the corresponding management entities must be obtained for the use of the work, for this purpose a declaration of responsibility will be sufficient, without prejudice to the possibility of requesting such authorisations at any time.
When the works or shows belong to the public domain, a declaration must be made in this regard.

Natural or legal persons who are dedicated to the organization of musical tours, promotion or musical contracting, being only intended for professional musicians, may not be beneficiaries of this subsidy.
2. The beneficiaries must maintain the requirements that allowed them to access such consideration until such time as they justify the application of the funds received to the purpose for which they were granted.
3. Those who are in any of the circumstances established in article 12, paragraphs 2 and 3, of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, may not obtain the status of beneficiary.

Against the resolution of the procedure, which puts an end to the administrative procedure, an appeal for reconsideration may be filed with the head of the competent department or with the Governing Council if it issued the resolution, within 1 month from the day following its notification, or directly contentious administrative appeal before the High Court of Justice of Cantabria within two months from the day following the publication of the resolution.
