The beneficiaries of these subsidies will be the companies providing regular public road passenger transport services for general and permanent use on the lines owned by the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, provided that their income-cost balance is negative in accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of the Law of Cantabria 1/2014. of 17 November, Law 16/1987, of 30 July, on the Regulation of Land Transport and Regulation (EC) 1370/2007, of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 23 October.
