Requirements

- Comply with the requirements established in Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, and in Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July and be one of the following entities:
a) The municipalities, through their respective town councils.
b) Supra-municipal local entities, understood as counties, associations, and other local groups of a supra-municipal nature. - Prove prior to the issuance of the proposed resolution that they are up to date with the fulfilment of their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, with regard to Social Security and their obligations with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
- The persons hired must carry out functions or tasks that are the responsibility of the beneficiary entities. The competence may be own or exercised by delegation of the State or the Autonomous Community.
- To promote the professional training and practice of unemployed people who are hired.
- To carry out a contract whose duration will be twelve months, without prejudice to the provisions for substitutions in article 15.2. The working day will be full-time.
- To facilitate the participants to receive professional information, guidance or training during the term of the subsidised contracts and the updating of digital knowledge.
