The Municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that do not incur in any of the causes provided for in article 12.2, of the Law of Cantabria 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria, will have the status of beneficiaries.
In the case of participating for the promotion and development of the Festivals declared of International, National and/or Autonomous Community of Cantabria Tourist Interest, the City Councils must have the relevant declaration in their favour that accredits the nature of the Festival.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

ANNEX I - APPLICATION. Applications for subsidies, addressed to the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Sport, must be submitted in the official form attached as an annex to this call resolution, duly signed by the Mayor-President of the City Council, through the General Electronic Registry of the Government of Cantabria, available at the electronic headquarters of the Government of Cantabria: https://sede.cantabria.es, together with the rest of the required documentation, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. This application form can also be obtained on the Institutional Portal of the Government of Cantabria.
