Requirements

- Individuals in family units identified as vulnerable groups may be beneficiaries of the digital voucher. To this end, in order for a family unit to be considered a vulnerable group, for the exclusive purposes of this aid programme, it must meet one of the following requirements:
a) To have the status of recipient of the Basic Social Income recognised. The foregoing duly accredited by the presentation of the corresponding resolution.
b) To have the status of recipient of the Minimum Vital Income recognized. The foregoing, duly accredited by the presentation of the corresponding resolution.
In any case, in accordance with Article 15 of Royal Decree 989/2021 amended by Royal Decree 521/2024, all persons who have been recognised as recipients of the Minimum Vital Income will be automatically classified ex officio as members of vulnerable groups by submitting the resolution recognising such status.
The same will happen with people who have been recognised as recipients of the Basic Social Income.
In no case may those who are subject to any of the prohibitions established in section 2 of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, or those established in section 2 of article 12 of Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria, acquire the status of beneficiaries of the aid. as soon as they are applicable to them.
To this end, together with the application for aid, a responsible declaration must be signed that proves that there are no outstanding obligations to repay subsidies or aid or, where appropriate, compliance with them. Likewise, together with the application, the granting administrative body will be authorised to consult the information of the Tax Administration or Social Security in relation to the fulfilment of the corresponding obligations, unless expressly opposed by them, in which case, it must provide the updated certificates.
The requirements for obtaining the status of beneficiary established in Article 12 of Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria will apply.
In relation to the obligations of the beneficiaries, Article 13 of Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria will apply. - Beneficiaries will be subject to the obligations set out in Article 14 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, as well as those contained in Royal Decree 989/2021, of 16 November, and those determined in this call.
- Those who have been beneficiaries as a result of Order IND/39/2022, of 10 June, which establishes the regulatory bases and calls for subsidies for the execution of the digital voucher issuance programme for vulnerable groups in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, may not be beneficiaries of the digital voucher in accordance with this Order. within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.
- Individuals in family units identified as vulnerable groups may be beneficiaries of the digital voucher. To this end, in order for a family unit to be considered a vulnerable group, for the exclusive purposes of this aid programme, it must meet one of the following requirements:
