Requirements

Those established in Order FOM/5/2024, of 29 April, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the execution of various actions to improve telecommunications infrastructures in single-family buildings intended for the reception of digital television in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria from 2024.

Beneficiaries of these subsidies may be people who have fixed their habitual residence (T-hogar) in areas at risk of digital exclusion prior to the submission of the application defined in each call.

Only one subsidy may be requested for each T-hogar.

In order for the investments to be eligible, the adaptation of the installations must be carried out by a T-installer.

The infrastructures and equipment that are the object of aid must remain attached to the specific purpose of the project for a minimum period of 5 years, counted from the end of the project, with its withdrawal or suppression being cause for revocation and reimbursement of the subsidy.

In no case may the cost of acquiring the eligible expenses be higher than the market value.

The legal regime, specific applicable regulations, requirements and obligations of the beneficiaries will be those established in Law 38/2003, of 17 November; in its Regulations approved by Royal Decree 887/2006, of 21 July, as well as in Law 10/2006, of 18 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
