Subsidies aimed at encouraging investments in pilgrims' hostels on the Camino de Santiago de la costa, as it passes through Cantabria, and the Lebaniega Route that links the Camino de Santiago de la Costa with the French Way, which contribute to the promotion of Cantabria as a tourist destination.

Requirements

Associations, religious entities and other legally constituted non-profit entities, with a scope of action in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, registered in the corresponding Administrative Register, owners of pilgrims' hostels on the Camino de Santiago and the Lebaniega Route, defined by Agreement of the Governing Council of 15 October 2015 (Official Gazette of Cantabria of 27 October 2015, EXT. No. 82).

The aforementioned entities must accredit, through the appropriate responsible declaration, that they carry out social action or international cooperation projects.

Local entities are excluded.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Application for 2025 pilgrims hostel subsidy.

Applications for subsidies, addressed to the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Sport, must be submitted in the official form attached as an annex to this call resolution, duly signed by the legal representative of the applicant entity, through the General Electronic Registry of the Government of Cantabria, available at the electronic headquarters of the Government of Cantabria: https://sede.cantabria.es, together with the rest of the required documentation, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
