Requirements

1. Non-Governmental Development Organisations (NGDOs) defined in article 29.2 of Cantabria Law 4/2007, which have a registered office or permanent delegation in Cantabria and which are registered in the Register of Non-Governmental Development Organisations of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, regulated by Decree 85/2008, may obtain the status of beneficiaries. of 4 September, or a regulation that replaces it.
 Likewise, it is a requirement to obtain this condition that the entity has developed, during the year prior to the corresponding call, a minimum of three activities in the field of development cooperation, humanitarian action or education for development.

Each entity may submit a single application within twenty working days from the day following the publication in the Official Gazette of Cantabria of the extract of the call provided for in article 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, General Subsidies.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
