Requisitos

1. The City Councils of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that were beneficiaries of the subsidy of Order EPS/11/2023, of 21 April, which establishes the regulatory bases and approves the call for the granting of subsidies to local entities for the financing of actions for the creation of these subsidies, may obtain the status of beneficiary entity of these subsidies. provision and improvement of Community Centres and/or Mini-Residential Centres for the prevention and care of dependency in the vicinity, within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan -Financed by the European Union NextGenerationEU, for municipally-owned centres provided for in Article 4.1.a) of the aforementioned Order.
 
2. Likewise, those local entities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria with a population of less than 10,000 inhabitants that, without having been beneficiaries of the subsidy of Order EPS/11/2023, of 21 April, meet the rest of the requirements established in this article, may obtain the status of beneficiary entity. The official figures of the Municipal Register published by the National Institute of Statistics (INE) referring to 1 January of the year immediately prior to the year of the call for the subsidy \ will be taken as a reference for the population of the municipalities.
 
3. Entities must notify in writing the implementation of the services referred to in Article 1 to the Directorate-General responsible for inspection in the field of Social Services, in accordance with Article 14 of Decree 40/2008, of 17 April, which regulates the Authorisation, Accreditation, Registration and Inspection of Entities. Social Services and Centres of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, prior to the end of the deadline for submitting applications for subsidies of the call in question, unless they are already registered in the corresponding register referred to in Decree 40/2008, of 17 April.
 
4. The entities must have the legal availability of the property in which the projects are developed, which must have, at least, the following dependencies:
a) Multipurpose room, which may be used as a dining room.
b) Adapted service with a minimum area of 4 square metres, allowing the inscription inside of a circle of 1.5 metres in diameter and equipped with a washbasin without a pedestal and a toilet (with a fixed and folding bar for transfer).
c) Office intended for administrative activities.
