Regulatory bases of the following lines of subsidy, granted, on a competitive basis, by the competent departments in matters of international development cooperation, charged to the credits of its budget, which have as their object the realization of interventions in the field of international cooperation for development, in order to contribute to Sustainable Human Development.
A) Subsidies for the implementation of Interventions in developing countries related to Cooperation for Human and Sustainable Development.
B) Subsidies for the implementation of Interventions in developing countries related to Humanitarian Action, Promotion and Defense of Human Rights (except emergency aid).
C) Subsidies for the implementation of Education for Development Interventions carried out in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

Public or private non-profit legal entities, defined in articles 28.1 and 29.2 of Cantabria Law 4/2007, of 4 April, on international cooperation for the development of the autonomous community of Cantabria, which meet the requirements established for each line in the respective call, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies.
