Requirements

Any of the subjects listed below who have tax residence in Spain may be beneficiaries:
a) Private natural or legal persons who own existing buildings intended for tourist establishments in accordance with article four of Order CTD/9/2024, of 25 November, which establishes the regulatory bases and approves the call for subsidies for Energy Efficiency and Circular Economy Projects of Tourism Companies (C14. I4, line of action 2), of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (BOC 05/12/2024), and only to undertake the actions that are specifically detailed for this type of beneficiary in the same article.
b) Companies that operate, lease or concession buildings or facilities intended for tourist establishments in accordance with the aforementioned fourth article of Order CTD/9/2024; of 25 November, who prove this condition by means of a current contract that grants them express authority to undertake the renovation works subject to this order.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

The application must be submitted through the Common Electronic Registry of the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria at the electronic address https://sede.cantabria.es/. The electronic certificate with which the documentation submitted is signed must correspond to the legal representative of the applicant entity.
If the application is sent by post, it must be submitted in an open envelope so that the name of the office and the date, place, hour and minute of its admission by the staff are clearly stated at the head of the first page of the document
of the post office, in accordance with the provisions of Article 31 of Royal Decree 1829/1999, of 3 December, which approves the Regulation regulating the provision of postal services insofar as it does not conflict with Law 43/2010, of 30 December, of the
universal postal service, user rights and the postal market.

RESPONSIBLE DECLARATION. - Compliance with national and EU regulations on equal opportunities and non-discrimination requirements, applicable to this type of action - Compliance with national and EU environmental standards, and on sustainable development, specifically and in accordance with the content of the RTRP, that the principles of circular economy have been respected and significant negative impacts on the environment (DNSH) have been avoided in the execution of the actions carried out within the framework of said Plan, and states that it has not incurred double financing and that, in his case, he is not aware of a risk of incompatibility with the State aid scheme. - Commitment to the highest standards in relation to compliance with legal, ethical and moral standards, having adopted the necessary measures to prevent and detect fraud, corruption and conflicts of interest, notifying the appropriate authorities of any breaches observed. - Existence of separate or differentiated accounting for all related transactions (income and payments, including, where appropriate, the entry of aid, payments to suppliers, etc.) - Existence of other subsidies or aid collected for the same action or purpose as the one requested in the context of this Aid Programme, from any administration, body or public entity, national or international. - Existence of a municipal building permit, declaration of responsibility or prior communication, if applicable.
