Subsidies for carrying out activities in the field of education.

Currently, the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the performance of activities in the field of education include four lines of subsidies:

  1. Subsidies to student associations of non-university educational centres in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the implementation of activity projects.
  2. Subsidies to subsidised educational centres in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria for the development of educational projects and programmes.
  3. Subsidies to associations and other private non-profit entities for the implementation of educational care programmes and training activities for students with specific educational support needs, schooled in centres supported by public funds in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
  4. Subsidies to municipalities in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that carry out educational innovation and/or attention to diversity programmes.

Requirements
  1. For subsidies under the line provided for in Article 1.1.b) of Order ECD/99/2017, of 3 July, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the implementation of activities in the field of education: associations of students from non-university educational centres in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that, by the end of the deadline for submitting applications, are legally constituted in accordance with Organic Law 1/2002, of 22 March, regulating the Right of Association.
  2. For subsidies under the line provided for in Article 1.1.c): educational centres that have signed an educational agreement with the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
  3. For subsidies under the line provided for in Article 1.1.e): associations and other private non-profit entities that are legally constituted in national territory and are based in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, and whose corporate purpose covers the implementation of training programmes and activities for students with specific educational support needs, schooled in schools supported by public funds in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
  4. For subsidies under the line provided for in Article 1.1.f): municipalities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria that carry out extracurricular activities aimed at all educational centres in their municipal area in compulsory education both during school and holiday periods, or that participate in educational programmes that attend to diversity.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
