Requirements

Private individuals or legal entities that have their tax domicile and carry out their activity in Cantabria may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, without prejudice to the performance of certain activities outside the territory of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, and that meet the requirements established in the call. The requirements required of the beneficiary to obtain the subsidy must be maintained during the period for submitting applications and until the time of justification of the aid granted.

Groups of legally constituted natural or legal persons, public or private, who, by reason of the aims, object or scope of the activity, can carry out the actions that motivate the granting of the subsidy, and who meet the requirements established in the call, may also participate in the call. The members of the group must meet the requirements indicated in the previous paragraph.

However, only a single project may be submitted individually or in a group with other companies or individuals.

When the aid is requested for a co-production, a certified copy of the co-production contract must be provided and the applicant must have the percentage of participation in the resulting audiovisual production established in each call.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.

In the Registry of the competent departments in matters of Culture (C / Lealtad 24, Santander) or through the Common Electronic Registry (REC), available in the Electronic Headquarters of the Government of Cantabria, or in any of the places indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, and article 134.8 of Law of Cantabria 5/2018 of November 22.

The resolution of the procedure will exhaust the administrative channels, being subject to an optional appeal for reconsideration before the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Sport within a period of one month, counting from the day following the date of its notification; or being
challenged directly before the contentious-administrative jurisdictional order, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 147 and 149 of Cantabria Law 5/2018, of 22 November.
