These are subsidies for associations or federations of elderly people in rural areas for podiatric care in the municipalities of Cantabria which, due to their distance from large population centres and their smaller number of inhabitants, have a greater lack of resources for the care of the elderly.

Requirements

The applicant associations or federations must be located in municipalities in Cantabria with a population of less than 10,000 inhabitants, in accordance with the official population figures of Spanish municipalities provided by the National Institute of Statistics.
Non-profit associations or federations of the elderly in Cantabria may obtain the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies, understood as such: federations, homes, clubs and associations of the elderly, retired people or people over 60 years of age who are regularly dedicated to carrying out actions in favor of said elderly people and also whose members are over 60 years of age.
