Financial aid, on a competitive basis, aimed at financing the expenses derived from carrying out activities to promote and disseminate the possibilities derived from self-employment for people with disabilities carried out by the associations representing self-employed workers established, and who carry out their activity on a regular basis in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
The costs of hiring new staff, salaries and costs derived from contributions to the Social Security System related to the indicated salaries, to carry out the tasks of providing advisory and support services in legal, fiscal, accounting, labour aspects, aid schemes, or on the organisation of training activities, will be eligible. aimed at increasing the number of self-employed workers among the group of people with disabilities.

- To be professional associations of self-employed workers of an intersectoral nature and at the regional level.
- Have a registered office in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
- Have legal personality and be legally constituted, in addition to being registered in the corresponding Public Registry, if required by current regulations.
- Prove, prior to the issuance of the proposal for the resolution of the aid, that they are up to date with the fulfilment of their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, vis-à-vis the Social Security and their obligations with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
- Applicants in order to be beneficiaries may not be involved in any of the cases contemplated in articles 12.2 and 12.3 of the Law of Cantabria 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria.
