Subsidies aimed at the promotion and dissemination of the social economy and self-employment and the support of entities representing the social economy and self-employment.

Subsidies intended to contribute to the financing of the expenses derived from the implementation of activities to promote and disseminate the social economy and self-employment (Programme I), as well as to the partial financing of the internal organisation and operating costs of associations of cooperatives, worker-owned companies, insertion companies and self-employed workers established and carrying out their activity on a regular basis in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria (Program II).

Requirements

The associative entities of cooperatives, worker-owned companies and insertion companies at the autonomous level and professional associations of self-employed workers of an intersectoral and regional nature that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of these subsidies:
a) Those established in Article 12 of Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria.
b) Have a registered office in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
c) Have legal personality and be legally constituted, as well as registered in the corresponding Public Registry, when this requirement is required in accordance with the applicable regulations.
d) Prove prior to the issuance of the proposal for a provisional resolution that they are up to date with the fulfilment of their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, with regard to Social Security and their obligations with the administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
