Requirements
- Requirements
The associative entities of cooperatives, worker-owned companies and insertion companies at the autonomous level and professional associations of self-employed workers of an intersectoral and regional nature that meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of these subsidies:
a) Those established in Article 12 of Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Subsidies of Cantabria.
b) Have a registered office in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
c) Have legal personality and be legally constituted, as well as registered in the corresponding Public Registry, when this requirement is required in accordance with the applicable regulations.
d) Prove prior to the issuance of the proposal for a provisional resolution that they are up to date with the fulfilment of their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, with regard to Social Security and their obligations with the administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
