Requirements

Requirements: Small and medium-sized enterprises in the private sector (SMEs), including self-employed workers and mutual society members of professional associations, may be beneficiaries, provided that they meet the requirements of Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, and Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, whether they are natural or legal persons, including self-employed workers and mutual society members of professional associations that:
a) They are the owners of at least one workplace in Cantabria.
b) They have at least one comparable full-time employee in a workplace in Cantabria, during the twelve months prior to the submission of the application.
For this purpose, the average number of workers who have remained registered with the company will be taken into account, taking into account the working day contracted in relation to the full working day.
c) Have an equality plan, if required to do so, registered and registered by the competent Labour Authority, in accordance with the provisions of Articles 45 and 46 of Organic Law 3/2007, of 22 March, for the effective equality of women and men.
d) Prove prior to the issuance of the proposed resolution that they are up to date with the fulfilment of their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, with regard to the Social Security and their obligations with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
