Requirements

- Be a natural or legal person, small and medium-sized enterprises in the private sector (SMEs), including self-employed and mutual society members of professional associations, as well as private non-profit entities, and meet the requirements of Article 13 of Law 38/2003, of 17 November, and Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July.
- To carry out their activity in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and to conclude the eligible employment contracts, the transformation of training contracts into permanent contracts or the increases in working hours, with the persons mentioned, for each programme, in Chapter II of the Subsidy Order. The execution of their work must be carried out in work centres located in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria, and they must meet the other requirements and conditions established in Decree 31/2023, of 11 May.
- Prove prior to the issuance of the proposed resolution that they are up to date with the fulfilment of their tax obligations with the State Tax Administration Agency, with regard to Social Security and their obligations with the Administration of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
- Not be in any of the situations set out in article 3.6 of Decree 31/2023, of 11 May, which regulates the direct granting of subsidies aimed at promoting stable and quality employment.

- The registration of the contract (schedule I),

- The increase in working hours (program IV).
The application may not be submitted until the contract, the conversion into an indefinite contract or the increase in working hours have been registered or are reflected in Social Security.
