Requirements

Podrán ser beneficiarias de las subvenciones establecidas en el presente Decreto, siempre y cuando cumplan los requisitos del artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, y el artículo 12 de la Ley de Cantabria 10/2006, de 17 de julio, ya sean personas físicas o jurídicas, las pequeñas y medianas empresas del sector privado (PYMES), incluyendo autónomos, autónomas y mutualistas de colegio profesional, así como las entidades privadas sin ánimo de lucro.
Las personas físicas o jurídicas solicitantes, para ser beneficiarias, deberán desarrollar su actividad en la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria y concertar los contratos de trabajo subvencionables, las transformaciones de contratos formativos en indefinidos o los incrementos de jornada, con las personas a que se hace mención, para cada programa, en el capítulo II. La ejecución de sus trabajos habrá de realizarse en centros de trabajo radicados en la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria, y deberán reunir los demás requisitos y condiciones establecidos en este Decreto.

Deadline for submission

Cada solicitud de subvención deberá ser presentada en el plazo de un mes contado a partir del día siguiente a la fecha en que se haya producido en Seguridad Social: el alta del contrato (programas I y III), la conversión (programa II) o el incremento de la jornada (programa IV).
Para supuestos subvencionables realizados entre el 1 de enero de 2023 y la fecha de publicación del presente Decreto en el Boletín Oficial de Cantabria, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes será de dos meses a partir del día siguiente a dicha publicación.

The 012 General Telephone Information Service will be available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, according to the following timetable:

Personal telephone attention by means of information agents, from 9:00 to 21:00 hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Mechanised attention, via voicemail, during other hours and on public holidays.
Incoming calls to the mailbox will be recorded and then, from the General Information Telephone 012, a response call will be made to the citizen to resolve his or her request for information.
For telephone calls from outside the Autonomous Community of Cantabria you can dial 942 395 563 (from abroad +34 942 395 563); if you are calling from Cantabria, you can dial 942 395 562.
