Subsidies aimed at financing actions to promote the 2030 agenda at the local level of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

1. The purpose of this Order is to establish the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies on a competitive basis for the financing of actions related to the promotion and implementation of the 2030 Agenda, at the local level of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
2. The purpose is the promotion, promotion and development of actions aimed at raising awareness, appropriation, implementation and localization of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at the local level of the autonomous community of Cantabria, from the perspective of SDG17, generation of alliances.

Requirements

The status of beneficiary may be obtained by the local territorial entities of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria defined in article 3.1.a) of Law 7/1985, of 2 April, Regulating the Bases of the Local Regime, (Municipalities), which meet the following requirements on the date of the deadline for submission of applications:

a) Be up to date with the fulfilment of tax obligations before the State Tax Administration Agency, the Government of Cantabria, and with the Social Security.

b) Not be in any of the circumstances detailed in Article 12 of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, on Cantabrian Subsidies.

c) Have a collaboration agreement with any of the entities defined in the third section of these rules, with the requirements and conditions established therein, and, where appropriate, in the corresponding call for applications.

Applicant entities may submit a single subsidy application for each call, within a period of one month from the day following the publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of Cantabria.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In any case, within this group, notaries and property and mercantile registrars shall be included. d) Those who represent an interested party who is obliged to relate electronically with the Administration, e) The employees of the Public Administrations for the procedures and actions that they carry out with them due to their condition of public employee, in the form in which it is determined by regulation by each Administration.
