To authorise the activity of shellfish afloat of fishing vessels with a definitive port in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria and belonging to the census of the operational fishing fleet of gear other than trawling and purse seine in waters under the jurisdiction of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
