Authorise the holding of sessions for minors (over 14 years of age and under 18 years of age), in nightclubs, between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Requirements

Decree 91/2018 of 31 October, working hours.
Article 5: The procedure for requesting a session for minors will be as follows:

  1. An application must be submitted at least 30 working days in advance addressed to the competent department in terms of working hours, in accordance with the standard model in Annex II.
  2. In the event that the organiser is not the owner of the establishment, it will require express authorisation from the same.
  3. Declaration of responsibility for having taken out civil liability insurance that covers this activity, and for having paid the corresponding administrative fee, in accordance with the standard model in Annex III.
  4. Proof of having paid the respective fees.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Interested parties may submit their applications to the following Registries:

  • In the electronic register of the Administration or Body to which they are addressed, as well as in the other electronic registers of any of the subjects referred to in Article 2.1.
  • At Post Offices, in the manner established by regulations.
  • At the diplomatic representations or consular offices of Spain abroad.
  • At registration assistance offices.
  • In any other established by the provisions in force.
