Requirements
Decree 91/2018 of 31 October, working hours.
Article 5: The procedure for requesting a session for minors will be as follows:- An application must be submitted at least 30 working days in advance addressed to the competent department in terms of working hours, in accordance with the standard model in Annex II.
- In the event that the organiser is not the owner of the establishment, it will require express authorisation from the same.
- Declaration of responsibility for having taken out civil liability insurance that covers this activity, and for having paid the corresponding administrative fee, in accordance with the standard model in Annex III.
