Individuals who are residents of the Autonomous Community of Cantabria may apply for these scholarships, which will be accredited by the corresponding registration certificate, with a minimum of one year's seniority on the date of publication in the Official Gazette of Cantabria of the extract of the corresponding call resolution.
The receipt of these grants is compatible with any other subsidies, aid, income or resources for the same purpose, from public or private bodies, without the total amount of the aid received being able to exceed the cost of the subsidised activity, in accordance with the limitations established in Article 18 of the Law of Cantabria 10/2006, of 17 July.
Applicants who have obtained a subsidy in either of the two immediately preceding calls may not be beneficiaries.
In no case may those who are in any of the circumstances of article 12, paragraphs 2 and 3, of Cantabria Law 10/2006, of 17 July, acquire the status of beneficiaries.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. Applications, together with the documentation, must be addressed to the head of the department with competence in matters of culture, and may be submitted to the Registry of the departments responsible for culture (C/ Lealtad 24, Santander) or through the Common Electronic Registry (REC), available at the Electronic Headquarters of the Government of Cantabria, or at any of the the places indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October and art. 134.8 of Cantabria Law 5/2018, of 22 November. If the application is sent by post, it must be submitted in an open envelope to be dated and stamped by the postal employee before he or she proceeds to certify it.
