Requirements

The improvement report must comply with the provisions of Article 69 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/2066 of 19 December 2018 on the monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions in application of Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council.

Deadlines and submission

Deadline for submission
  1. In the event of justification for the non-application of the required levels as it is technically unfeasible or generates unreasonable costs, the improvement report shall be submitted with the following periodicity, depending on the category of the installation:

Category A: every 5 years.
Category B: every 3 years.
Category C: every 2 years.

Before June 30 of the corresponding year.

2. Before June 30 of the same year in which the verification report has been detected to contain irregularities or recommendations for improvement.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
