Removal from the Register of Companies with Asbestos Risk (RERA) of Cantabria.

Registered companies must submit a request for deregistration in the RERA Register of Cantabria when any of the following circumstances occur:
1.- Its main facilities are located outside Cantabria.
2.- Cessation of activities with asbestos risk.
3.- Cessation of its activity.

Companies that are registered in the RERA of Cantabria and prove that they are in any of the following circumstances are obliged to request cancellation of registration:

  • Its main facilities are located outside Cantabria.
  • Has ceased activities with asbestos risk.
  • It has ceased its activity.


    Documentation proving the reason for the withdrawal must be attached to the application form.
