Requirements
The applicant company must be a commercial company.
Order PRE/14/2013, of 17 April, which regulates the modality of electronic bingo in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.Article 8. Registration procedure in the Gambling Registry of the company providing interconnection services.
1. The company providing interconnection services must apply to the competent department for gambling registration in the Cantabria Gambling Registry, in the standard application form published as "Annex IV" of this order, attaching the following documents:
- a) Copy of the Tax Identification Code.
- b) Copy of the deed of incorporation of the company, bylaws and powers of attorney, if applicable, with identification of its representatives or administrators.
- c) Accreditation of its registration in the Mercantile Registry.
- d) Supplementary declaration of the criminal record certificate referred to in Law 68/1980, of 1 December, on the issuance of certifications and reports, as well as a request, addressed to the Territorial Management of the Ministry of Justice, for the issuance of the criminal record certificate of its representatives, administrators or attorneys-in-fact.
- e) Declaration of registration in the Economic Activities Tax.
- f) Certification of registration of the company and its employees, where applicable, with the Social Security.
- g) Original of the proof of the deposit of a deposit of € 50 for each computer gaming terminal that is intended to be installed, in favor of the competent department in gambling matters.
Article 10: All modifications affecting the content of the authorization for the operation of electronic bingo or the gaming program will require prior authorization from the competent departments in gambling matters, so the applicant company must be registered in the Gaming Registry as a company providing interconnection services.
Article 11. Extinction and revocation of the authorisation for the operation of electronic bingo:
1. The authorisation for the operation of electronic bingo will be terminated by:- a) The expiration of the validity established for the same in this order.
- b) The express waiver of any of the companies holding the authorisations to operate electronic bingo.
- c) Mutual agreement of the companies holding the authorisations for the operation and interconnection of electronic bingo.
- d) Closure of the establishment called bingo hall, which must be expressly communicated by the company holding the authorisation to the competent department in gambling matters.
- 2. The authorisation for the operation of electronic bingo will be revoked, after processing the appropriate procedure, for:
- a) The loss or modification of any of the conditions or legal requirements necessary for the granting of the authorisation to operate electronic bingo.
- b) When the amount of the deposit established in article 8 of this order is not replenished by the company holding the authorisation to operate electronic bingo.
