Requirements
Women's associations as well as federations constituted by them, which are legally constituted and registered in the Register of Associations of Cantabria, meet the following requirements, may be registered in the Register of Women's Associations of Cantabria:
a) That they have their registered office in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.
b) At least 90% of the members are women.
c) That all the people who make up the governing body of the entity are women.
(d) That have among their purposes the promotion of equal opportunities between women and men; and/or the promotion and/or promotion of the figure and rights of women and/or encouraging the active participation of women in political, economic, cultural and social life.

- Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity.
