Decree 78/2015, of 30 July, approving the Regulation governing betting in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

Article 8. Manufacturing and importing companies:
a) Be incorporated in the form of a commercial company.
b) Have among its corporate purpose the manufacture or import of material for the practice of betting.
c) Have Spanish nationality or that of any of the member states of the European Union.
d) Be up to date with compliance with their tax or Social Security obligations.

Article 9. Operating companies:
a) Hold Spanish nationality or that of any of the member states of the European Union.
b) Have among its corporate purpose or main business activity the exploitation of bets and the development of related activities.
c) Be up to date with the fulfilment of their tax and Social Security obligations imposed by the provisions in force.
d) Have a domicile or a permanent delegation in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria.

Art. 14. 2 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations, establishes the obligatory nature of the electronic management for certain subjects as, for example, a) The juridical persons, b) Entities without legal personality, c) Those who carry out a professional activity for which compulsory membership is required, for the procedures and actions they carry out with the Public Administrations in the exercise of said professional activity. In accordance with the provisions of Article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of 1 October, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Interested parties may submit their applications to the following Registries:

Documentation required Article 11 of Decree 78/2015, of 30 July, which approves the Regulation that regulates betting in the Autonomous Community of Cantabria: a) Copy of the deed of incorporation, the articles of association and powers of attorney, where applicable, with identification of its partners or participants, representatives and administrators, as well as the accreditation of its registration in the corresponding commercial registry and the identity and accreditation of the status of representative of the person signing the application. b) Copy of the company's tax identification number. c) Supplementary declaration of the criminal record certificate referred to in Law 68/1980, of 1 December, on the issuance of certificates and reports, as well as a request, addressed to the Territorial Management of the Ministry of Justice, for the issuance of criminal records of the holders, shareholders or participants, directors, administrators, managers or attorneys-in-fact. d) Certificates from the State Tax Administration Agency and the Territorial Treasury of the Social Security of being up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations, respectively. For these purposes, these obligations will be considered fulfilled when the debts are deferred, paid in instalments or suspension has been agreed as a result of a challenge, which must be accredited by submitting a copy of the resolution in which the deferrals or instalments are granted or the suspension is agreed. The document accrediting that they are up to date with these tax obligations may be requested by the competent department in gambling matters, if the applicant provides express authorisation. e) Proof of payment of the corresponding administrative fee.
